Be prepared… The inspectors are coming for YOU!

Do you know what the penalties are if you fail your inspection and put your employees in danger?
You could get:

  • A Prohibition Order stopping the use of a plant or machinery. Preventing you from exposing your employees to danger.   This can even mean blocking off a part of your workplace.
  • A Compliance Notice: A written notice from the inspector demanding that you improve the conditions. They can also stop your work completely. See I03/005 in your Health and Safety Advisor for other types of compliance notices
