What is health and safety induction training?
It's simply teaching all your employees, including your new recruits, external contract workers, even employees returning from maternity leave, about health and safety issues.
Evacuations: Where are the emergency exits? Where's the first aid kit? Where's the fire extinguishers?
Smoking in the workplace: What's the law? Where can an employee smoke? How long can they take a break for?
Incidents: Is slipping down the stairs an incident? Must you report it? How?
Read on and I'll tell you how you can do all this training in under 30 minutes...
