  • Do you recognise how you affect the performance of your team? This makes you sensitive to how decisions you make will affect the team.
  • Do you speak openly about your emotions and visions for you team? By sharing your vision, provide clear goals and objectives for your team
  • Do you know what your strengths and shortcomings are? Keep humble and grounded and you will inspire respect.
  • Do you actively try improve on your shortcomings and are you open to criticism and feedback? This will keep the lines of communication open and promote a productive atmosphere.
  • Do you demonstrate self-confidence even in accepting difficult assignments? This in turn will give confidence to your team.
