Breaking news: The CCMA has gazetted new rules for dealing with arbitration and misconduct and they come into effect NEXT MONTH
These days, it seems like every piece of labour legislation is changing.
Last year, Government overhauled the BCEA, EEA and Labour Relations Act and affected over 70 changes to the laws that govern how you treat your employees.
Now, the CCMA is following suit.
It's just announced that the new rules and arbitration guidelines on misconduct it gazetted on the 17th of March 2015, will come into effect on the 1st of April!
