SAFA shows Bafana coach the door! And you can do the same if you make your employees sign THIS contract

On Monday, the South African Football Association (SAFA) said it won't be extending Gordon Igesund's contract as Bafana Bafana coach when it expires in August.

The reason?

The Association says Igesund failed to meet his two objectives.

The outgoing coach was hired on a two-year contract. His objectives were to reach the semifinals of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) and qualify for the 2014 Fifa World Cup in Brazil.

While sports lovers are divided over SAFA's decision to fire Igesund, the reality is SAFA are well within their rights not to renew his contract since he signed a performance contract. And, at the end, failed to deliver on the agreed targets.
