Here's what you must do to prepare Thandi for her end of year performance review

 
#1: Confirm the date, time and location of the review session.
 
#2: Tell Thandi she must have a copy of her job description available and she must review it to ensure it's up to date.
 
#3: Ask her to review her performance over the review period against agreed measures, objectives and targets. She must have the information available for discussion during the review.
 
#4: Tell her to complete any documents you may require.
 
#5: Ask her to reflect on opportunities that could help her improve future performance.
 
#6: Lastly, ask her to consider any actions necessary or possible requests for assistance in her career development and progression.
 
When you've prepared Thandi, you can get the ball rolling and your session will go according to plan because both of you will be on the same page.
