Health and safety team member #1: Safety officer
Your health and safety officer will help you with all the general health and safety duties. He'll observe your employees at work and ensure they work safely.
 
He'll also help document and improve your health and safety programme.
 
Health and safety team member #2: Health and safety representative
Your health and safety representative is the voice of your employee body. He can tell you want they want and need to feel safe at work. He sees safety issues you may never even be aware of.
