When you create your budget, here's all you have to do

1: Create a main financial budget on your first spreadsheet. Put the general financial break down on this budget. 
2: Put all your separate sources of income into the spreadsheet and separate fixed and variable income. Add all of these up for each month.
3: Put all your expenses into the budget and separate the fixed one from the variable ones. Add them all together and subtract the total expenses from your total income.
4: Look at how much money you have left over and budget it wherever you think is necessary.
5: Create separate budgets for items such as:
- Etc. 
This will help you create perfect budgets every time.
