These are the three updates to South African Health and Safety laws

According to SheqAfrica.com there are a few updates coming to South African's Health and Safety regulations.
Here's a quick look at what these new regulations are and what they mean for your business.
Update #1: Workers' OHS responsibilities have changed. They say your workers can't use any equipment or do anything that'll put him and others in danger.  They also can't act foolishly or behaviour in a way that can cause an accident. You must ensure your employees don't partake in any such behaviour. 
Update #2: These changes now state that it's the explosion manager's responsibility to completely reduce risks completely or reduce them to a tolerable level. This means you must ensure your explosive managers have the right training to do this.
Update #3: The CAIA has adopted the Responsible Care in the Chemical Industry. This emphasises the importance for improved health, safety and environment protection. This means you must ensure your employees have the training to properly and safely use chemicals in the workplace.
