Avoid accidents and teach your drivers these five safe driving tipsDriving is often considered a high-risk activity with accidents occurring all the time on our roads.

And so it is completely justifiable to stress the importance of safe driving tips for when on the road.

The last thing you want is for one of your drivers to be involved in an accident, especially not with someone else!

So don't ignore this possibility and reduce it by revising these five driver safety tips with your drivers:

1. Be cautious

Your drivers must never assume that other drivers will be driving sensibly.

2. Stay calm

Reduce stress before climbing into the vehicle.

Discourage any form of road rage.

4. Distractions

You must have full concentration on the road. So, encourage your drives to only answer important phone calls after having pulled over on the side of the road. 

5. Pedestrians

The last thing you want is one of your drivers hitting a pedestrian! 

So, emphasise the importance of staying alert. This is especially true in areas that have a large amount of pedestrians. 

Pedestrians often step off the pavement and cross road, so stay alert!
