Provide windows that cover at least 3/5th
of the square root of the total room size.
Make sure that window sills are no higher than 1.5m from the floor level.
Ensure that window heads are no lower than 1.5m from the floor level.

But there are exceptions in the following situations:
If natural light may have a negative effect on the material being used or the process; or
The process in the room must be carried out under very specific conditions, of which light, humidity, air movement and temperature could affect it.
Remember, if you believe that windows are impractical for your workplace, then you must clearly lay out the reasons why.
