Do you have a copy of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, as well as all other relevant legislation, on your premises? Are they accessible to all your employees?
Do you clearly display a summary of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
as well as a summary of the Employment Equity Act (EEA)
in your workplace?
Have you appointed Health and Safety Representatives, in addition to having established Health and Safety Committees in your workplaces?
Do you have clean toilets and washing facilities for all of your employees?
