1. Give your employees a large box of latex gloves so they can use new gloves each time.
2. Tell your employees how to dispose of the gloves in a hygienic and safe manner.
3. Do spot checks on the quality of your employees' box of gloves to ensure the latex isn't thin or tears easily.
