Peter is the Editor-in-Chief of the Practical Vat Handbook. He worked at SARS for many years during which time he headed up the SARS’ Vat department and played an integral role in introducing Vat in South Africa. He's a consultant in the private sector and is also a Vat consultant to the East African office of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Peter has been a regular speaker at BPS Seminars.
