What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, direct debit and electronic transfer (EFT).

Can I pay by bank transfer via the internet?

How much is shipping and handling?

All products have complimentary postal delivery, handling and administrative cost. If you would prefer to have the product couriered to you, please contact our customer services department as there will be an extra cost for this.

What is your return policy?

Most of our products have a money-back guarantee period ranging between 7 days and 1 month, depending on the product. If you cancel during the money-back period and return the product to us we will refund all your money back. No questions asked.

How does the trial offer work?

This depends on the product you order but generally you have 14 days in which to decide whether the product is for you. If after the 14 day trial you decide to keep the product,  simply pay the invoice sent to you.If you decide to cancel during this period, simply return the product within 14 days.

How do updates work?

Do you ship internationally?

FSP delivers to all countries within Africa. However there is a courier cost that needs to be covered by the customer. If you would like to order outside of South Africa please contact our customer services department for further details.

Delivery terms and conditions

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order or part of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but that any person at the delivery address specified on your order signed for the delivery. In the case of post office or depot collections, we need to prove that somebody, not necessarily you, collected the delivery from the depot or post office. Unfortunately, proof-of-delivery records cannot be retained indefinitely and if a delivery has been dispatched by us and not reported missing by you within six months of us having dispatched it, the package will be deemed to have been delivered without us having to provide proof of delivery.

Should a delivery be returned to us as undeliverable, we will let you know and make arrangements to have the parcel re-delivered.

Should you receive a delivery where the contents of the package do not match the items listed on the dispatch note included in the package, you agree to notify us without delay and we will not be liable for shortages not reported within seven days of you having received the package.
