Embattled Limpopo premier Cassel Mathale has resigned following a decision by the African National Congress (ANC) to recall him. Limpopo has long been in a state of disarray, with the national government stepping in at the end of 2011 and placing five provincial departments under administration, BDlive reports. The ANC's provincial task team in Limpopo has since accepted Mathale's resignation which comes just after President Jacob Zuma's decision to reshuffle his cabinet.
