Four elements your employees should consider when identifying hazards continued…
  1. Their safety while they do the work. For example, does your employee wear their eye protection when welding? If they don't, it poses a risk to their safety.
  2. Their safety before they start working. Your employees should check that they have the right PPE before they start working.

Empower your employees to identify the hazards around them. Train them on how to properly identify hazards at work so they can add more value the next time you conduct your risk assessment.
